Antonio Pérez-Manglano Ordovás, founding partner of PML Abogados, Grupo Asesor. He is the director and responsible for the litigation, commercial and civil department of the firm.
He has over 20 years of experience working as a lawyer providing legal advice to companies and financial and credit institutions. Hence, Antonio has worked for 15 years advising Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona – La Caixa – at the Territorial Delegation of the Autonomous Community of Valencia and Murcia on litigation and commercial matters.
Likewise, since 1994, Antonio has been working as a lawyer for Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, Establecimiento Financiero de Crédito, S.A., a company which belongs to Grupo Santander and BNP PARIBAS.
Education
- Bachelor of Laws, specializing in Private Law from the University of Valencia.
- He has successfully completed PhD courses in Commercial Law at the University of Valencia, as well as several postgraduate and specialization courses.

Antonio Pérez-Manglano Ordovás, founding partner of PML Abogados, Grupo Asesor. He is the director and responsible for the litigation, commercial and civil department of the firm.

Vicente Graullera Moroder joined PML Abogados, Grupo Asesor in 2013 as partner and director of the firm’s tax department.
He has over 25 years of experience working as a lawyer advising both national and international companies. He developed his career for 15 years, both in KPMG Abogados and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
President of the Department of Tax Law of the Bar Association of Valencia.
Vicente has worked as a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Legal Advice of Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros of Valencia (FEBF) on business restructuring as well as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Murcia.
He is currently a professor of Tax Law at the International University of La Rioja. He also teaches Business Taxation in the Engineering and Business Management Degree at the Escuela de Empresarios (EDEM).
He has published numerous articles relating to tax matters in specialized national press such as the newspaper Expansion. Vicente is also co-author of the book “Doing Business in the Autonomous Region of Valencia.”
